We are looking to recruit vibrant, dynamic individuals as Retail Sales Consultants with a keen, strong focus on Sales and building Customer Relations.

The Roles :

You don’t necessarily need to have any vaping or e-cigarette expertise to start, but what you will need is a natural inquisitiveness, a commercial focus, and the ability to drive sales through being a knowledgeable, consultative and trusted Retail Sales Personnel.

Salary & Benefits :

Great hourly rate, plus excellent Bonus scheme, 20% discount off products, systems and products training

Working Hours :

Permanent part time roles, between 2 to 4 days per week, to include weekend days


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Retail Sales Consultant

• Identifying opportunities by engaging with customers in order to identify their needs.

• Closing sales, and identifying upsell opportunities through talking to your customers and putting your exquisite product knowledge to use.

• Building long lasting customer relationships through offering an exceptional level of service.

• Exceeding sales targets and acting as a champion for the brand.

• Engaging with would be / potential customers and converting them through open questions and by offering a fantastic service – supporting them with all of their needs through their lifestyle change.


THE CANDIDATE: Retail Sales Consultant

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service, and delivering on sales targets.

• Previous experience in sales in a retail environment, preferably in a consultative role to enable you to guide and support customers on the start and through their vaping journey.

• A confident and creative flair – someone who isn’t afraid to come up with ideas and initiatives to attract new customers.

• Keen to develop and learn more about a fantastic range of electric cigarettes, vaping devices and accessories in order to maximise sales opportunities.

SALES MANAGERS required at various locations throughout the UK.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Actively selling products and ensuring that customers are made the top priority at all times

• Actioning and following up of all business requests and instructions and providing clear direction to retail store team, give open and honest feedback to all behaviours

• Coaching and leading a team of Sales Consultants by example; being fully responsible for your retail outlet and reporting to the Area Manager

• Managing absence and attendance using accurate information and recordings and ensuring that all holidays are authorised and managed to ensure that operational flexibility is maintained

• Following through with customer enquiries to ensure that they are dealt with effectively and efficiently whilst communicating the importance of excellent customer service, selling and up-selling to the other team members

• Ensuring that a current and ongoing plan exists to improve service, and this plan is subject to regular review

• Reviewing the store daily; highlighting and prioritising all opportunities and tasks to maximise sales, service and operations

• Maintaining an awareness of external influences and changing local markets to realise opportunities and sales growth

• Ensuring that effective stock management is in place to deliver the best possible store, stock availability

• Inspiring, challenging and stretching individual performance; coaching all team members to reach their full potential and identifying their future capability

• Motivating, coaching and encouraging your team


Skills & Experience Required:

• Must have drive, energy and confidence with the ability to instil confidence in others with a positive attitude

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment is essential

• Be passionate about brand, mission and values and have a strong determination to succeed

• Focussed on sales and profits and can verbalise how the team is performing against KPI's

• Ability to interpret data and generate relevant and effective action plans and the ability to understand and influence KPI figures

• Is able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results on a day to day basis and can effectively delegate tasks

• The ability to ensure active selling is consistently happening in line with company expectations and delivering high levels of customer service in line with the company expectations.

• Can successfully work with and influence other managers, Area and Head office personnel

• Due to the nature of this product, we can only accept applicants over 18 years old


Please note that full, in depth product training will be given which will result in you becoming an expert in this field.
